When tapping into your conscious and subconscious mind, it takes a bit of control of your breathing

Meaning that you start by breathing in 1,2,3 and four

And breathing out 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 7

Utilizing certain frequencies for your clairvoyant, and this is how you will initially unlock your intuition with your meditation, which will align yourself with kundalini awakening, or with your pineal gland

Keep practicing for a small incremental of time, I would say five minutes and build yourself from there. It’s easy to shut your mind off when you’re counting. Breathing slowly controls your pain. Even if so, it will help you awaken.
